Our services are geared to parents of college-bound high school students who typically will not qualify for financial aid. We are able to create the best results for families who either
- Own a business or are independent contractors or
- Own rental real estate (residential or commercial) or
- Have accumulated company stock or stock options through their employer or
- Have appreciated assets outside their retirement accounts
